We import directly from Carrara, source quartzite from Brazilian quarries, contract South Indian granite at the quarry head, and partner with regional Kerala kilns for terracotta and Athangudi. Most of what reaches your site has been chosen, not just listed.

How we try to be useful to you.
We're a Kochi-based stone and tile supplier with our own godown, our own installation crews and direct relationships with the quarries our material comes from. Six small ways that structure tends to make a project smoother for the homeowners and builders we work with.
Quarry-direct sourcing
We work on direct supply contracts with South Indian granite quarries, our Morbi ceramic and vitrified partners, and select Italian marble yards. Cutting the merchant layers means we can pass meaningful trade savings on to project orders, which usually shows up cleanly on the quote.
Project-grade lead times
Kochi godown holds ~120 000 sqft of running stock. Ex-stock means hours, not weeks. For specified pieces we publish a hard delivery window in writing.
In-house installation crews
Three site crews on payroll, the same people who have been laying floors in Kerala for years. Wet-area waterproofing, anti-slip ratings and expansion joints are all part of what we do day-to-day, so you can be confident the install is done well.
Transparent pricing
Trade discounts are banded by quantity and published per-material, so the rate you see at quote stage is the rate you pay. Trade-account customers see net delivered-to-site numbers before placing a PO, no surprises mid-project.
GST-clean invoicing
Every invoice tax-compliant, ready for project audit, claimable. We work with PMC architects, government contractors, and listed developer SPVs without paperwork friction.
After-handover support
A two-year workmanship warranty is available as an additional service on any installation we take on. Polish, restoration and damage repair under one roof, for floors we laid or anyone else's.

Our trucks run Kochi → Calicut on Tuesdays and Fridays. Kochi → Trivandrum on Mondays and Thursdays. Inside Ernakulam, same-day delivery for any order placed before noon. Larger projects get a dedicated lorry on site dates that match your construction schedule.

Do you supply for commercial / institutional projects? +
Yes. We supply hospitals, schools, hotels, offices and PSU buildings across Kerala. We hold government empanelment documentation and our invoicing is fully GST-compliant. Past projects on the /projects page.
What's the minimum order? Can homeowners walk in? +
No minimum. Homeowners are welcome at the Kundannoor godown, open Mon to Sat, 09:30-19:30. We will quote a single bathroom (~40 sqft) with the same attention as a 50 000 sqft developer order.
Do you handle waterproofing and substrate prep? +
Yes. Bathrooms, terraces, and wet-area floors include waterproofing membrane application in the installation quote. We do not lay tile over a substrate we have not signed off on.
Why are you cheaper than the showroom around the corner? +
Quarry contracts and our own processing capability. We buy granite directly from Hosur and Madurai quarries, ceramic and vitrified from Morbi via dedicated lorry. On top of that, we run our own block-processing unit and a fabrication workshop with state-of-the-art Italian CNC machinery for cutting, polishing and edge work. Most showrooms pay a wholesaler, who pays a fabricator, who pays a processor. We cut all three of those middlemen out, and you see the difference on the invoice.
