How it runs
Site templating
Free site visit within Ernakulam for measurement. Laser measurement, CAD layout shared back for approval.
Layout approval
Cut layout, edge profiles, cutouts, joint locations finalised in writing before fabrication.
Slab selection
Client visit to godown to select specific slab if pattern continuity matters. Slab tagged with project name.
Workshop fabrication
Cutting on bridge-saw, edge profiling, polishing, cutout drilling. CNC for complex shapes. 7-10 working days typical.
Site installation
Workshop crew delivers and installs. Silicone joint sealing, final clean-up.
Fabrication Workshop
Our fabrication unit in Maradu is a 6 000 sqft facility with bridge-saw, CNC stone-shaping centre, edge polishing line, and slab-handling cranes. It’s the operational base for all our cut-to-size work, kitchen counters, vanity tops, staircases, columns, architectural elements.

Frequently asked
What's the typical timeline for a kitchen counter? +
Standard scope: 7-10 working days from approved layout to installed counter. Includes site templating (day 1), layout approval (day 2-3), workshop fabrication (day 4-9), installation (day 10). Rush jobs at +25% can compress to 4-5 days.
Do you do book-matched waterfall edges? +
Yes. Waterfall side panels with book-matched veining require a single matched slab and 30mm thickness minimum. Specify at quote stage so we reserve the right slab from inventory.
Can you fabricate using stone I supply? +
Yes. Fabrication-only rates are ~₹85-165/sqft based on material and complexity. No material warranty on client-supplied stone; workmanship warranty (1 year) still applies.
