Prices shown are indicative trade ranges. Final delivered-to-site pricing is confirmed in writing per project after BoQ review. Specifications are accurate at time of publication; quarry batches and stock vary, so always confirm current lot details before placing a PO.

Submitted information

BoQ and drawing submissions are treated as commercially confidential. We do not share them outside the account-management team without your written consent.

Warranties

Installation workmanship: two years on services we performed. Material warranties vary by category and quarry-of-origin and are documented per invoice. Damage from third-party work performed after our handover is excluded.

Disputes

Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Ernakulam courts under Indian law.
