What working with us looks like in practice
One person to call. Every active trade partner has a named account manager. The same person handles your quotes, your dispatches, your invoicing queries, and your snag-stock replacements. You don’t get rotated through a queue.
Transparent, quantity-based pricing. Larger projects unlock better rates, and we’d rather show you the actual delivered-to-site number upfront than walk you through a long discount script. Trade partners see net rates before placing a PO so the budget conversation is clean from day one.
Material aligned to your programme. Our lorries dispatch against your construction schedule, not against our godown capacity. Material lands on site about a week before the layer is ready, not three months early sitting in your store room.
GST-clean, audit-ready invoicing. Every invoice is fully tax-compliant and ready for project audit or claim. We work with listed developer SPVs, government-empanelled contractors, and PSU projects without paperwork friction.
Matched-lot reservation. For projects where veining continuity matters across rooms or floors, we reserve material from a single gangsaw block or kiln batch and hold it against your project name.
After-handover support. A two-year workmanship warranty is available as an additional service on any installation we take on. Polish, restoration and damage repair available even years after we’ve laid the floor, for floors we laid and floors we didn’t.

Do I need to apply or fill an application form? +
No. There's no form, no qualification process. A WhatsApp message or a phone call is enough to start. We get to know your work over the first project or two and shape pricing and dispatch around how you actually operate.
What size project do you take on? +
Anything from a single villa to a 50 000+ sqft commercial development. We've supplied a single 60 sqft bathroom and a 22 000 sqft hospital wing in the same week. No minimum, no maximum.
What payment terms can I expect? +
First project is typically 30% advance, 50% on dispatch, 20% on delivery. After a couple of projects together, 30-day terms on GST invoices are standard. We work with each partner's accounting cadence rather than imposing ours.
Can a PMC firm or architect engage on behalf of a client? +
Yes. We often work through PMC consultants and architecture practices. The account can sit with the consultant or the end-client, whichever is cleaner for your billing flow.
