Alappuzha is 60 km south of our Kochi godown on NH-66. The Kochi-Alappuzha-Kollam lorry rotation runs Monday, Wednesday and Friday with backup Tuesday-Thursday slots for project supply, so an Alappuzha-Town site can have a Kochi-loaded lorry on it within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Alappuzha district is geographically diverse, the town and its grid sit close to the Arabian Sea, while the eastern belt opens into the Vembanad backwaters with Kumarakom across the lake. Both halves have distinct stone-spec patterns we work with daily.

Coastal-belt specification notes
For any property within 2 km of the sea (much of Mararikulam, parts of Cherthala, all of the Alappuzha beach-front):
- Light limestone and marble outside is a problem within 5 to 10 years, salt blooming on the surface, deterioration of the polish.
- Flamed Black Galaxy and Absolute Black are the safe specifications for external paving and façade.
- Tandur Grey as an alternative for courtyard paving (denser than Kota, more salt-resistant).
- Sandblasted granite copings around pools and water features.

No separate Alappuzha yard. Supply is from our Kochi flagship godown, 60 km north, via the Kochi-Alappuzha-Kollam lorry rotation. Alappuzha clients are welcome at the Maradu godown to inspect slabs in person (~90 minute drive).

Salt-bearing humidity is real for properties within 2 km of the sea. We default to dark dense granites (flamed Black Galaxy, Absolute Black) for external paving and façade in this belt, lighter limestones and marble bloom salt deposits within a few years.
